Harvesting And Curing Garlic!

Welcome back! Last fall I planted 585 garlic and its finally time to start harvesting it. The garlic this season was so big that I was having a hard time harvesting it. I finished the day with just over 500 garlic that I hung to cure and just under 100 garlic that I brought inside to process. Garlic will be available online in a few weeks once the curing process is complete!
