
How to Make Pastel Pink Raspberry Lemon Crinkle Cookies 🍪💖 (Step by Step!)
These cookies are light, airy, tangy and just right. Ingredients 220 g all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt 1 tbsp of freeze dried raspberry powder 175 g granulated sugar 2 eggs 55 g olive oil 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest half a tsp orange blossom water half a tsp lemon essence Powedered sugar for rolling Instructions Mix together the flour, baking powder, raspberry powder and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly mix in the oil, followed by the lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Mix in dry ingredients until a dough forms. Chill for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175℃). Scoop and roll the dough into 1 inch sized balls. Roll each of them in powdered sugar and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
