High protein recipe CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BREAD-BAKED OATMEAL #oatmeal

Ingredients 40g oats 20g chocolate peanut butter protein powder 1 ripe banana 1 egg 1/4 cup milk (I used soy) 1/4 tsp baking powder 1tosp cocoa powder Toppings handful dark choc chips banana slices peanut butter choc chips Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 1800c 2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth 3. Pour into an oven safe dish and top with banana and chocolate chips 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes
