Warm and cozy chicken pot pie is a great supper in the winter time or any time of year. I'm showing you how to make it traditional with a pie crust and also with a super easy throw together biscuit crust. Pie Crust Recipe(double) 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ tsp salt 8 tbsp cold butter 8-12 tbsp cold water Place flour and salt in your food processor. Cut up the butter into small cubes and add to food processor. Pulse until the butter is incorporated into the flour. Slowly add cold water while processor is on low until the mixture starts coming together. Pour out onto a flat surface and gather mixture into a ball and then flatten into a disk. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Biscuit Crust Recipe 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ½ cup melted butter 1 cup milk Whisk together all ingredients and pour over chicken pot pie filling. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
