EOMUKTANG / ODENGTANG (Fish Cake Soup) Ingredients For the broth: Kelp (handful size) Anchovies (Dilis) 2~3liters of Water 1 raddish 1 onion Leeks (white part) Then for the Eomuktang add eomuk/ odeng or Korean fish cake 2 tbsp of minced garlic 1 tbsp soysauce 1tbsp fish sauce (patis) salt to taste leeks for garnish you may add some udong noodles as well :) Hope you enjoy cooking Korean dishes at your homes!
