Why I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Apocalypse Rising 2 (Description with more detail)

So I like to use alt accounts sometimes on Apocalypse Rising 2. I usually do not bother with the avatar and go straight in game. I have not been hacking and for some reason I am banned. I have done nothing wrong and for some reason, I am banned. There are many reasons I am disappointed in Apocalypse Rising 2. One reason is most likely the reason why I am banned is because of my avatar. I look like a complete noob and seems to be on an alt for hacking reasons. First, that is not the case. As I explained, I make alts in Apocalypse Rising 2, and that is not a bad thing. I wouldn't be spamming alts since I just want to play the game on a different account. Why would you ban someone for NO reason maybe just seeing their avatar, and think I am hacking. Second reason is maybe someone thought I was hacking for some reason and reported it. With no checking, they might of just banned me. If that is so, I am extremely disappointed in there anti-hacking system. I am not trying to say Apocalypse Rising 2, but I am extremely disappointed in how they treated me. I just hope they will try to change this.
