🔸Ingredients: 3 Eggs 2 Oranges without peel and skin 1 ½ Cup of Sugar 1 Cup of Oil 2 Cups of Wheat Flour 1 Tablespoon of Yeast 🔸Syrup: 1 Cup of Orange Juice ½ Cup of Sugar Cup = 240ml 🔸Preparation Method: Cake 1 – In a blender, place the oranges, eggs, oil, sugar and beat for 3 minutes. 2 – In a bowl, place the blender mixture, sifted wheat flour and mix everything, add the yeast and mix gently. 3 – In a pan greased with butter/margarine and wheat flour, place the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes. 🔸Syrup: 1 – In a pan over medium heat, add the orange juice and sugar and let it boil for about 5 minutes without stopping stirring.
