Go to contact and select that particular contact for which you want to hear the ringtone and the text tone. Tap on Edit and then we will go to this option Ringtone and select this option Emergency Bypass and then Done. Again go to this option Text tone. Enable this option Emergency Bypass and then Done and then select Done. Now next time even though if your phone is on silent mode you will hear the incoming ringtone or the text tone.
