Ongwen's trial resumes at the ICC
The trial of former Lord`s Resistance Army (LRA) commander Dominic Ongwen resumed at the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Monday. Ongwen has been charged with seventy counts of crimes against humanity before the Hague based court. He faces charges of rape, murder, forced marriage and the use of child soldiers. Ongwen, 41, is the first former child soldier to be tried by the ICC for his role in the notorious rebel group led by the elusive Joseph Kony.
