Twin Peaks season 4 is something a lot of fans would like to see. The good news is that David Lynch hasn't ruled s4 out. David Lynch was recently asked if there were plans for a fourth season of Twin Peaks, and he said it was too early to tell. He mentioned that the Return took four and a half years to write and film, but he didn't rule out making a season 4. In fact, he said that fans would have to be extremely patient, but he never said he wasn't interested in making another Twin Peaks season. Kyle MacLachlan is the star of Twin Peaks, and he is very interested in participating in a season 4. He said he hates to say goodbye to characters, especially Twin Peaks' Agent Dale Cooper. In season 3 he played several different versions of Agent Cooper, and says he doesn't exactly know what happened in the finale. He is on board to make more episodes of Twin Peaks if David Lynch and Mark Frost agree to do them in the future. Laura Dern who plays Diane in Twin Peaks, and several other actors have all said they would love to do the show again. Showtime said there were no talks about a fourth season yet, but they also said the door is always open to David Lynch if he wants to make more Twin Peaks seasons.
