
Water Fasting Experiment: Can I Go 3-5 Days Without Food? (Better question = should I?)
I’m back! I'm feeling better and I'm now seriously considering kicking off a water-fasting experiment to see if I can go 3 to 5 days without food. I have no idea how this is going to go. After struggling a bit with my diet and consistency, I’ve decided it’s time for a reset.
