A4104029 Bugsy is an outrageously cute, three year old male (neutered) Chihuahua mix who arrived at the Baldwin Park shelter on March 30th. Weighing approximately 10 lbs., Bugsy is good with other dogs and simply adores people. He has never met a lap he didnt like! Bugsy would be a great choice for apartment dwellers, senior citizens and novice dog owners.
