Surah Al-Ikhlas (سورة الإخلاص) – The Sincerity Arabic: قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ١ ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ ٢ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ٣ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ ٤ English Translation: Say, "He is Allah, the One. (1) Allah, the Eternal Refuge. (2) He neither begets nor is born. (3) Nor is there to Him any equivalent." (4) Urdu Translation: کہو، وہ اللہ ایک ہے۔ (1) اللہ بے نیاز ہے۔ (2) نہ وہ کسی کا باپ ہے اور نہ کسی کا بیٹا۔ (3) اور اس کا کوئی ہمسر نہیں۔ (4) --- 2. Surah Al-Falaq (سورة الفلق) – The Daybreak Arabic: قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ ١ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ٢ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ٣ وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ ٤ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ٥ English Translation: Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak (1) From the evil of that which He created (2) And from the evil of darkness when it settles (3) And from the evil of the blowers in knots (4) And from the evil of an envier when he envies." (5) Urdu Translation: کہو، میں پناہ مانگتا ہوں صبح کے رب کی (1) ہر اس چیز کے شر سے جو اس نے پیدا کی (2) اور اندھیری رات کے شر سے جب وہ چھا جائے (3) اور ان جادوگرنیوں کے شر سے جو گرہوں میں پھونک مارتی ہیں (4) اور حسد کرنے والے کے شر سے جب وہ حسد کرے (5) --- 3. Surah An-Nas (سورة الناس) – Mankind Arabic: قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ ١ مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ ٢ إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ ٣ مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ ٤ ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ ٥ مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ ٦ English Translation: Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, (1) The Sovereign of mankind, (2) The God of mankind, (3) From the evil of the retreating whisperer – (4) Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind – (5) From among the jinn and mankind." (6) Urdu Translation: کہو، میں پناہ مانگتا ہوں لوگوں کے رب کی (1) لوگوں کے بادشاہ کی (2) لوگوں کے معبود کی (3) وسوسہ ڈالنے والے شیطان کے شر سے (4) جو لوگوں کے سینوں میں وسوسہ ڈالتا ہے (5) چاہے وہ جنوں میں سے ہو یا انسانوں میں سے (6) --- Virtues & Benefits of the Last 3 Quls: 1. Protection from Evil: These Surahs protect against evil, jealousy, magic, and whispers of Shaytan. 2. Daily Recitation: Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) used to recite them every morning, evening, and before sleeping for protection. 3. Healing: They are known as Surahs of Ruqyah (spiritual healing) and are often recited for Shifa (cure) from illnesses.
