Koreans typical meal consists of many different side dishes( banchan) and stir fry squid is one of the common, easy banchan you can try at home! Usually they make it spicy but this time I tried making it non-spicy, great for kids! And for people who can’t do spicy! (sauce) Soy sauce 3T Cooking wine 1T Corn syrup 3T Sesame oil 1/2 T -Clean 200g of sliced dried squid and drain -soak squid in water for 5 minutes -pat dry squid. (dry well because you don't want water coming out when you stir fry it) -marinate with 1T of mayo for soft smooth text of the squid -bring the sauce to boil, add squid and stir fry until all the sauce is absorbed into the squid -finish with sesame seeds! DONE! Super easy banchan you can make for everyone to enjoy!
