Tip of the day: How to Hang Balloons & Roses on Popcorn Ceiling

In this video, I will be showing you how to hang your balloons & roses to the ceiling "Popcorn Ceiling." Based on my experience, I really enjoyed using gaffers tape for party decorations. Some may use glue dots with painters tape, or choose other options to help secure their balloons to the ceiling.
