Halo 4 - Legendary Walkthrough - Mission #6: Shutdown

Game: Halo 4 Mission: Shutdown Difficulty: Legendary Skulls: Iron, IWHBYD, Grunt Birthday Party Hello everyone and welcome to my Halo 4 Legendary Walkthrough Guide. After storming off, Chief and Cortana make it down to the hanger where they are preparing to go stop the Didact. As Chief gets ready, Cortana talks to Chief about how she can tell that the sun in Requiem's sky is not real but won't ever know if it feels real. She asks Chief to figure out which one of them is the machine. Commander Lasky comes down and asks what their plan is. Chief gives him his plan but Lasky tells him he had orders to prevent him from leaving, so he ordered a Pelican to be outfitted for combat pursuit. The Chief and Cortana take the pelican and start to head towards the Didact. Bypassing the fight outside in the Pelican, we make it inside the structure and after a few skirmishes, we make it to the end of the mission where Cortana fails to stop the Didact so Chief is forced to improvise by jumping on one of the Liches and staying on top of it while they travel through slipspace.
