Well, winter is radish season, but are there any other ways to process radishes besides pickling? I once wondered if I could make radish juice, following the example of carrot juice. I blended radishes in a blender, added honey and lemon, and left it in the refrigerator. The horror of opening it after about a day... I didn't have the courage to drink it (lol).
