In gratitude, the swallow brought Heungbu a seed that grew into a gourd filled with treasures, making him wealthy. Jealous of Heungbu’s newfound fortune, Nolbu deliberately injured a swallow, hoping for the same reward. However, the gourd Nolbu grew brought disaster instead of riches, teaching him the consequences of greed. In the end, Nolbu apologized for his actions, and the brothers reconciled. Heungbu continued to live with kindness, while Nolbu resolved to abandon his greed.
