Donald Trump Net Worth $10 Billion | Nfx Lifestyle
Donald Trump Net Worth Regardless of where you live, Donald Trump is a name that majority of people instantly recognize. Trump is certainly rough around the edges, and his personality can only be described as “strong,” but regardless of what you think of him, it’s almost impossible not to have an opinion. This article isn’t about his popularity though, but rather his impressive net worth. Today, the real estate mogul gone presidential candidate is worth somewhere between $4 and $5 billion, although he likes to inflate that number to about $10 billion. Donald Trump is one of five children of Frederick Trump, a real estate developer specializing in middle-income apartments in New York City. It was his dad’s business (and money) that inspired young Donald to follow in his father’s footsteps. Donald began working with his father when he was still in college, until he was eventually given the control of the company. The large inheritance propelled Trump’s financial growth at ridiculous speeds. Donald began building monumental apartments and retail complexes all over the city, slapping his own name on every building. He didn’t put all of his (or his father’s) eggs into one basket, though. Donald was exploring other investment options – from the owning a chunk of the Pennsylvania Central Railroad to exploring the booming casino business, Trump secured multiple streams of income. Trump continued to buy and build residential and commercial properties, establishing himself as a prominent American figure. His popularity continued to grow and in 2004, Trump decided to capitalize on his persona (like a true businessman) by starring in a reality TV show – The Apprentice. Between 2004 and 2012 Trump continued to earn millions, appearing in the tabloids every once in awhile. In 2012 his popularity started to spike once again, when he began publicly criticizing President Obama. And in 2015, he made an official announcement that he was going to run for president on the Republican ticket. Now that we’ve discussed Trump’s diverse resume, and established his incredible wealth, let’s take a look at what Trump’s lifestyle actually looks like. Trump is not the type of billionaire that lives frugally, in fact quite the opposite. Trump is is used to having the biggest and the best of everything. The mogul lives at the top of his own 68-story Manhattan skyscraper in a penthouse that was modeled after the Palace of Versailles. Boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, gold plated doors, marble everything, and hand-painted ceilings, the apartment alone is worth upwards of $100 million. Aside from his many houses, apartments, and villas, Trump has a lot of big boy toys. Like every self respecting billionaire, Trump owns his very own jet, – afterall who wants to sit around in first class like some sort of peasant? Keep in mind Trump’s jet is not your everyday billionaire aircraft. Trump bought a giant Boeing 757 and had it pimped out with Rolls-Royce engines, gold trim, leather seats, television scres, and two bedrooms. Oh and of course he had “TRUMP” written on it in giant gold letters. Obviously a single private jet isn’t enough for someone like Trump, that’s why he bought himself a second plane, and three Sikorsky helicopters, likely to help him get from one of his 16 golf courses to the next. In his garages you will find a fleet of foreign cars , amongst which is a rare 1956 Silver Cloud Rolls Royce and a few classic Lamborghini Diablo’s. Cars and aircraft are great and all, but Trump had to make sure he could get around on water, so he bought himself a 282-foot yacht – worth some $250 million. The list goes on and on, but you get the point – whatever Trump wants, Trump gets.
