Here's the Spiny Rally in Mirror Mode. Usually, you’ll need mushrooms to take advantage of a shortcut near the beginning to reach first, but I got lucky with getting to 6th place quickly and using a well timed red shell to obtain 1st. From there, it was down to luck, especially with the cpus getting very close to me in Wario Shipyard.
