FY 2023-2024 Downtown Corpus Christi Impact Report Presentation Video

2024 was the third implementation year of the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District's Five-Year Strategic Plan and we made massive strides towards our stated vision of creating the most vibrant downtown on the Gulf Coast. Every accomplishment, big and small, was celebrated as a win for everyone, because we all succeed together. And when we succeed, we take one step closer to making downtown the best version of itself. A version where ideas turn into dreams, dreams into possibilities, and possibilities become achievements. This is only possible through the collaboration of downtown stakeholders, business owners, and partners who truly believe in downtown and what it stands for.
