This is another great core exercise that will aid twisting and turning. It will also help stabilise your shoulders and simulates those occasions when you need to lean on your arms to jump your feet (strapped to your board) up hill. Start in a high plank position with your shoulders directly over your hands. Draw your right knee up towards your left elbow, touching it if possible. Turn your head to look toward the left. Lower your foot back down to its original position, switch sides and repeat.
