Stock your freezer with delicious comfort meals for days you don’t feel like cooking! For this recipe you need: Sweet potato topping • 2 ½ Ibs sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed • 2 tbsp grass fed butter • 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice) • Sea salt, to taste • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or smoked paprika for warmth For filling • 1lb grass fed ground beef • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil • 1 small yellow onion, diced • 1.5 cups of organic frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, green beans) • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or Worcestershire sauce • 1 tsp thyme • ½ tsp smoked paprika • 1 cup bone broth (add in slowly, you might not need all of it) • 2 tablespoons of corn starch or tapioca starch to thicken the sauce. • Sea salt + black pepper, to taste #antiinflammatorydiet #nutritionforwomen
