Rediscovering: Retroactive (1997)

Time travel month continues! Kylie Travis' psychiatrist is pitted against James Belushi's scenery chewing madman in this time travelling, straight-to-video, sci-fi actioner. Like a noir Groundhog Day, characters jump back through time to try and change the outcome of certain events.
