Mistakes are how you learn, is something I tell my kids a lot. Now it's time to tell myself and YOU! There was a time in may life where I wouldn't have gone a day without eating, and then there's now! I'm just a person here to share with you what has worked for me as far as being able to strengthen that fasting muscle and go longer than I ever thought I would. My longest fast to date is 14 days. I have always desired the most coveted 40 day fast but for now a 14 day water fast is my PR.
