Blue Hawaii ブルー・ハワイ/ solo ukulele arranged and performed by Masaki Kon

（An explanation of the English text can be found at the bottom） 今回はやや久しぶりにウクレレ・ソロで「ブルーハワイ」を弾いてみました。 「ブルー・ハワイ」は、ビング・クロスビーとシャーリー・ロスが主演した1937年のパラマウント映画『ワイキキの結婚』のために、レオ・ロビン作詞、ラルフ・レインジャー作曲によって書かれました。1937年にクロスビーが吹き込んで、「スウィート・レイラニ」のB面として発売されたバージョンでは、「ラニ・マッキンタイア&ヒズ・ハワイアンズ」がバックを務めているとのことです。 その後、数多くのカバー・バージョンが作られましたが、最も成功したのは1961年にエルヴィス・プレスリーが映画『ブルー・ハワイ』の主題歌として歌ったものでしょう。僕も当初、プレスリーのバージョンがオリジナルなのかと思っていました。ロマンティックでラブラブな歌詞の曲ですね。 この曲は2017年にアレンジしたのですが、今回少しだけ直した部分もあります。 伴奏のコードとメロディを含んだコードをいかに弾き分けるかが、この曲を演奏するにあたってのポイントでしょう。 もし気に入って下さったら、チャンネル登録と「高評価」をお願いします。リクエストやご質問など、なんでも結構ですのでぜひコメントも残してください。 東京近郊で個人レッスンをご希望の方、また東京以外でもリモート・レッスン受講ご希望の方は、下記まで連絡してください。 [email protected],ne.jp ----------------------------------------------------- EQUIPMENTS ukulele: Koaloha thin line tenor pickup: L.R.Baggs / Five.O Ukulele Pickup amp.: Roland AC-60 effect: (no use) audio interface: (no use, amp to pc direct) --------------------------------------------------------- This time I played "Blue Hawaii" as a ukulele solo for the first time in somewhat long time. Blue Hawaii" was written by Leo Robin and composed by Ralph Rainier for the 1937 Paramount film "The Marriage of Waikiki" starring Bing Crosby and Shirley Ross. The version released in 1937 was recorded by Crosby and was backed by "Lani McIntyre & His Hawaiians". Numerous cover versions have been made since then, but the most successful version is probably the one sung by Elvis Presley as the theme song of the movie "Blue Hawaii" in 1961. At first I thought Presley's version was the original, too. It's a romantic and lovey-dovey song with romantic lyrics. I arranged this song in 2017, and there are a few things I fixed this time. The key to playing this song would be how to play the chords that accompany and the chords that contain the melody.
