Mississippi Birria Tacos “The Original” 🌮🧅🌿🤤 #birriatacos #mississippi

Let’s make Mississippi Birria Tacos with our leftover Mississippi chuck roast. Ingredients: White corn taco sized tortillas 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin Fresh limes Fresh chopped cilantro Red onion diced Oaxaca cheese grated Avocado oil or fat from left over chuck roast Left over or fresh Mississippi chuck roast Start by chopping up some cilantro, dice a red onion, slice some lime into wedges and grate some oaxaca cheese. In a low medium heat pot add in the leftover Mississippi chuck roast followed by the au jus, fat and all. Simmer until combined then add 1 teaspoon of cumin, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons of onion powder. Mix well. In a medium high heat pan add a little avocado oil, dip a corn tortilla in the au jus, fill with the shredded chuck roast then top with some of that grated cheese. Carefully fold over the tortilla and fry until crispy. Fill up a bowl with some au jus, diced onion and cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime. Add in some more onions and cilantro, give it a squeeze of lime and dip it in that au jus. You have to make this one guys! ‪@mobis-kitchen‬
