All modern GM vehicles with a the newer MyChevrolet radio, Cadillac Cue, Buick Intellilink, GMC Intellilink radios suffer from this issue. Vehicle for demo was a 2020 Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury with Platinum package Scenario; You shut your car off, and the radio stays on and keeps playing. You double check the power button and all lights are off. Yet your radio keeps playing. Try this option. go into your setting tab, and scroll down until you see update. Click update. You will need to have an internet connection, and the great news is your cell phones hot spot will work to download the update, and then install the update. You will have to follow the instructions on the screen, but it is easy, and usually takes 12-20 minutes to download and update the software. The vehicle will shut down when the update is done. If this doesn't fix the issue, you may have to go to a service department to check for another fix, but we have seen this fix the problem and large percentage of the time. Thanks again for your time!
