Mutton Pepper Fry Ingredients ----------- Precooked Mutton ------------------ Mutton - 1kg Cinnamon - 2-3 Pcs Cloves - 5 pcs Shahi Jeera - 1/2 tsp Pepper Corns - 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - 1tsp Water - 200 ml For Mutton Masala Powder ------------------------ Pepper - 2 tsp Jeera - 1 tsp Coriander seeds - 1 tsp Saunf - 1 tsp Javitri Flower - 1 small pc Ananas Flower - 1 small pc Stone flower - 1 Pinch Cinnamon - 3-4 Pcs Cloves - 4-5 Pcs Kasuri Methi - 1/2 tsp Dry Roast all the items except stone flower Onion - 200 gms Tomato - 150 gms Groundnut oil - 100ml Curry Leaves - 3-4 sprigs Ginger Garlic paste - 50gms Green Chilli - 3-4 sliced Coriander Leaves - One handfull Pudinah or mint leaves - One handfull Chilli Powder - 1 heaped Tsp (I usually use a mix of Kashmiri Lal mirch with normal Chilli Powder) Mutton Stock - 300ml (What ever gets extracted - Dont waste) Cook at home and eat safe!
