Settlement - Player Home - Northend Apartment

Darren was a twenty four year old gamer and gear head before the bombs fell, now over two centuries later, Darren looks quite different than he used to. His skin now melted from over exposure to radiation, his face distorted by time and his soul hardened by the wastes, he despises anyone that doesn't look like him. Being a ghoul in the new post apocalyptic USA had its advantages but also made him a target to others. Raiders constantly trying to enslave him, normal looking humans hating and distrusting him for his look; He wandered aimless, hiding with feral ghouls who saw him as kin instead of food. He finally found himself a small apartment on the roof of an abandoned building sitting under an overpass on the edge of the city, the perfect place for an outcast to live out the rest of his days. The ghouls in the cemetery below providing extra protection so long as they didn't trip his turrets. Everything was fine, quiet, no incidences, until one day; a group of scavers opened up shop in the old bakery across the street from his hidden paradise.
