Change the HEADPHONE OUT to an IEM MONITOR SEND/BUS on the BEHRINGER XR12 or XR16
In this video, I show you a trick to getting 1 or 2 extra in ear monitor sends out of the headphone out of the Behringer XAir mixers (NOTE: Does NOT work with the XR18). This will work for the X12, or the X16 but does NOT work for the X18, or X18r. I got that wrong in the video... it does NOT work on the XR18. My mistake.
