Pecan Pantry Pecans: www.thepecanpantry.com use discount code karen5 for 5% discount on your entire order Onion Casserole Ingredients: 5 large onions, cut into 1/4 inch slices 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup sour cream 1 Tbsp mayonnaise 1/4 parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated 3/4 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 dish with non-stick cooking spray. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onions, cook, stirring until tender. Turn off heat and stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise. Transfer to prepared dish. Sprinkle top with crushed crackers. Bake uncovered 30 minutes until browned and bubbly.
