Quick and Effective Cardio/Strength Routine | Day 6 All Summer Burpee Challenge | HIIT Fat Burner Day 6 of the Burpee Summer Progression Challenge. Today's workout is by means of @RipRightHD YouTube channel. This is the suicide burpee workout The goal for this workout is to perform burpees while constantly moving. It involves jogging forward to the stations set-up to perform the burpees then back-peddling to the start and repeat. The Workout: 5 rounds burpee ladder. Ladder consists of 3 stations Round 1 1 "one-pump" burpee per station for a total of 3 burpees and 3 pushups Round 2 1 "two-pump" burpee per station for a total of 3 burpees and 6 pushups Round 3 - 3 "three-pump" burpees and 9 pushups Round 4 - 3 "four-pump" burpees and 12 pushups Round 5 - 3 "five-pump" burpees and 15 pushups Totals 15 Burpees 45 Pushups Next time I attemp this workout it will be for time and I will add a fourth station. Hoping the next one will be under 7 minutes. This was anoter warm-up session before my bootcamp workout. This workout can also be done anywhere at anytime.
