Chapter 1-2: The Trail I follow him into the ancient forest, watching him from afar. He is truly strong. The one God drives out the many, yet here, in this place, God's influence is barely perceptible. The old gods hold sway. Few dare venture so far into the forest. He is plagued by dreams, dreams that gnaw at his soul. He lies down for the night, but finding peace will not be easy. The battle has weakened him, but he knows the dream will return. And although he fears nothing in the world, the nightmares drain his strength and make his heart tremble.
