Spiritual House Cleaning and Taking Back Your Authority

Are you familiar with doing a Spiritual House Cleaning? The prayer and instructions are below... Spiritual House Cleaning Prayer Father, we come before you, asking that you cover and cleanse our home with the blood of Jesus. We repent of our sins and ask that you forgive us for any doors we have opened to the enemy. For we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore we put on the full armor of God so that we may be able to stand our ground against the things unseen. We pray in the spirit for a hedge of protection to be applied to our lives, our homes, our vehicles, and our community. You said that when we dwell under the shadow of your wings that you would be our refuge and our being place. We will not fear the terror of night nor the plague that destroy at midday. Your word says that a thousand may fall at our side and ten thousand at our right hand but it will NOT come near us. Because we have made you our refuge, no harm and no disaster will overtake us. So we ask that you will cleanse us and protect us. We thank you for the angels that you have commanded to take charge over us. Thank you for rescuing us from the hand of the evil one. Thank you for answering us when we call on your name. Thank you that we are safe and secure in your care. We rise up and take our place of authority in our home. We command any foul, evil spirit to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. You have no place in our home. You must GO right now! Satan, we rebuke you and declare that our home is covered by the blood of Jesus Christ. Amen. Spiritual House Cleaning Instructions: (To be done together, both children and parents) 1. Play some worship music to set the atmosphere in your home. 2. Take your blessed oil and anoint yourselves. 3. Take your blessed oil and go room to room, anointing every window and every door with the sign on the cross and saying, “The Blood of Jesus” each time. 4. Once you’ve anointed everything, open your front door and command any unclean spirit to “GO, in the name of Jesus”.
