A few days ago, while browsing the internet, I stumbled upon a delicious Maharashtrian recipe for Zunka Bhakar, which also has the image of Thecha in it. Since then, I was like ill make this and have it. I asked my maid for the recipe, and she shared her version with me. Traditionally, the ingredients are pounded in a mortar and pestle, but my maid said they prefer to cook them slightly with oil in a pan before proceeding. To make things easier, we will be using an electric chopper today. Let's get started with the recipe. We will need green chilies, peanuts, garlic cloves, oil, coriander leaves, and salt. You can adjust the quantity of chilies to your liking, depending on how spicy you want it. The process is quite simple, just follow along and make it. This dish tastes amazing when mixed with yogurt and served with bhakri, which is usually made with rice flour. This was my maid's recommendation and it was pretty amazing. The best part about this recipe is that it is easy to make and requires minimal ingredients. If you enjoy spicy food, then this is definitely something you should try. Give it a go and let me know in the comments below how it turned out. . . . . . . . . #food #foodie #hungry #hungrybawarchi #eat #eating #spicy #spicyfood #greenchilli #recipereel #reelrecipe #reelkarofeelkaro #thecha #garlic #peanut #chutney #easyrecipe #shotonsamsung #foodblog #Recipelog
