Creating a List of Figures and Tables The purpose of this task is to learn how to create automatic lists of figures and tables and use them as part of a document. Ready-made formatting significantly speeds up the work process. The task is to create an automatic list of figures for the images in the document and a list of tables for the tables in the document. These lists help the reader to easily see which images and tables are included in the document. The lists should be placed after the table of contents, unless otherwise agreed. Automatic lists also prevent using the same figure and table numbers more than once. You can use the document Firenze.docx (used in class) and add three freely chosen images related to the topic. Add captions to the images and create a list of figures at the end of the document.
