Andrew Cogar, Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia, and Katie Spriggs, Executive Director of the Eastern Panhandle Empowerment Center, gave a Zoom presentation on human trafficking to the Monongalia County Quick Response Team (QRT), in Morgantown, W.Va., on Jan. 26, 2021. The Monongalia County QRT works to connect individuals dealing with addiction get connected to treatment and services.
