Ingredients (4 servings): • 4–5 chicken drumsticks • 5–6 medium potatoes, sliced into 0.5–1 cm rounds • 200–250 g mushrooms, thinly sliced • 1 small onion, sliced (optional but recommended) • 2 tablespoons olive oil • Juice of 1 lemon • 3 garlic cloves, crushed • 1 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper • 1 teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika • 1 teaspoon oregano or basil • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Instructions: 1.
