Fallout 4 Survival Mode But I'm Completely Unarmed.

I subject myself to my biggest challenge yet, Fallout 4 Survival difficulty with no weapons. Fists are my only source of damage. No mods, No commands, Avoiding glitches and grinding as hard as I can. Will I do worse than I did in Oblivion Remastered? (spoiler; yes I do) Bethesda's Fallout 4 survival difficulty adds several additional difficulty mechanics, Quimbly decided to add some more. No weapons, unarmed melee fists only challenge on the hardest difficulty. There should be a Steam achievement for this. Skyrim fist only challenge next?
