"At the time Oscar was really into Charlie Chaplin and his movies. He would constantly dress up and put on a fake mustache. The only problem was we couldn't find a cane his size. Our friend Bill Feeney is a master artist/woodsman. We got him to create a cane the proper size as a surprise for Oscar.
