We have divided this chapter into two main topics . 1.Transportation in animals 2.Transportation in plants. These topics are further divided into sub topics -1.Transportation in animals is again divided into two main topics . 1.Circulatory System . 2. Excretory System In Circulatory system we read about -a ). Blood b) . Blood vessels c ).Heart In blood we see about the composition of blood ,work and about platelets. Two types of blood vessels i.e. i). Artery and ii.) Veins their function and about pulse we will read .We understand the structure and mechanism of heart in a very simple and interesting way in this chapter . Under the topic Excretory system we read about excretion ,excretory organs -Kidney, Ureter , Urinary bladder ,Urethra .Structure and mechanism of filtration in kidney ,and about Dialysis . 2. Transportation of substances in plants is divided into two simple topics again . 1.Transport of water and minerals -in this we study about Xylem and 2. Transport of food -in this we study about phloem .
