Tuesday Intermediate/Advanced Pointe Barre

Join this Tuesday's Intermediate/Advanced pointe barre livestream from 17:00 GMT! Please note these classes are for experienced dancers en pointe who are able to carry out exercises both at the barre and in the centre and who are looking to further their training alongside in-studio classes. Also, as I will not be able to see you, you will need to take responsibility for your own safety during the class. You will need a supportive barre or chair at approximately waist height and teacher-approved pointe shoes tied correctly.
