Best Bedtime Snack in LESS than 3 minutes / High Protein / Muscle Building Meal
Today I am showing you my FAVORITE bedtime meal / snack. My customizable casein protein pudding. No matter what your fitness goal is, this recipe is perfect for you! Very high in protein and the rest, well it depends on you. Start with a scoop of Casein Protein Powder, I personally use the Kaged Muscle Kasein Protein but you can use any other brand, Add slowly your liquid of choice (water, milk, almond milk, etc.) little by little to get the perfect consistency. From that point feel free to add: Coco Powder Berries (low carbs and high in antioxidant) Banana (great source of fiber and help with sleep) Peanut Butter (source of healthy fat) Granola These are the ingredients I like and use but there is no limit to what you can do with this simple recipe!
