Time to Rally As you and Ganke leave the apartment, take in the sights of the street fair as you make your way down the long street towards the site of Miles’ mom’s rally stand. There’s a couple of street vendors and an artist you can talk to along the way. Be sure to use your spidey senses by pressing R3 to highlight things you can interact or talk to. You can even catch your Uncle hanging about near the site of the rally and talk to him. After the speech concludes, it’ll be time to get to work as Spider-Man, so get ready! You’ll have to engage a group of thugs that include a gauntlet user and some ranged support, so dodge the initial attacks and use nearby debris to fling into their face as you charge up a Venom Punch to disable the melee attacker. More attackers will appear on the nearby construction yard’s low rooftops, and it’s best to quickly zip to the ledges and dive into your attackers. If you’ve picked up skills like Venom Jump and Web Yank, you can try launching multiple opponents into the air, knock them away, and yank them back to deal a bunch of damage. Keep your eyes up for incoming fire from the different rooftops, and do your best to disarm and neutralize them by grabbing weapons and hurling back grenades. Once you clear out the enemies at the rally, an explosion will alert you to the Underground’s real plans on the nearby bridge. Swing over as fast as you can to intercept the attackers on the western bridge. After an explosive cutscene, the bridge will be in bad shape, but it wont stop a horde of Underground enemies from converging on you. Hopefully you’ve leveled up to the point where you have to uses of the Venom Bar now, as it will come in handy for clearing crowds. Use the Slam or Jump if you get surrounded, and the punch to break down those pesky gauntlets. More Underground will show up on top of cars, so be ready to evade gunfire and toss car doors at their faces, or fling grenades back at them. After defeating enough of the Underground, part of the bridge will start collapsing, and you’ll need to help those still trapped on the bridge before it’s too late.
