This is a strong, creative and dynamic mandala (circular) yoga flow will build strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. It will help you to focus your mind and connect to your centre. This is an intermediate level class with some modifications offered. Make sure you modify however you need, take it at your own pace, move with your breath and most importantly - have fun!
