
Spicy Beef Turnovers

( I used Ribeye) 1 pack Puff Pastry Sheet. 1/3 Onion. 1/2 tsp Salt. 1/2 tsp Paprika. 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper. 1/2 tsp Cumin seed powder. 1/2 tsp Garam masala. 1 tsp Flour. 1 Egg. Recipe: (For the filling) Pressure cook the steak with salt for 7-10 minutes. Or boil it fr 30-35 minutes. Once it's cooked shred it. In a pan add oil and onion. Once it translucent add shred beef. Add salt, paprika, cayenne pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes and add flour. Cook for another 3 minutes. Keep it aside. Recipe: (Turnover) Defrost the pastry sheet according to the box. Flour the board and take out the pastry sheet. Cut into square. Now one at a time roll out the squares. Beat one egg. Add some water. Beat well and egg wash is ready. Add the filling on the square. Brush the egg wash on the edges. Use the fork and press gently. Add a foil to the baking sheet. Spray the cooking spray. Add the turnover and brush them with the egg wash. Pre heat the oven on 400 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy.
