Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the meat is fully cooked and tender. 5. *Finishing Touches:* Add fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor. #### For Pav: 1. *Toast the Pav:* Heat butter on a griddle or pan and lightly toast the pav on both sides until golden and crispy. #### Serving: 1. *Assemble:* Place a generous portion of the keema onto the toasted pav. 2. *Garnish:* Garnish with additional coriander leaves and serve hot with a side of sliced onions, lemon wedges, and a few green chilies.
