Mumbai Green Mutton Keema || Irani Keema || Street Food Keema pav || Hara Mutton Keema || Kitchen Delicious Ingredients: Mutton 250 gm 1/2 cu oil 3 chopped onions 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp salt 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/3 tsp turmeric powder you can add red chili powder as well 1/4 cup curd 1/2 cup peas 1/2 cup dill 🍃 leaves 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup mint leaves 4-5 green chillies 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 3 green cardamom 1/2 tsp pepper corn 1 cinnamon stick 1 black cardamom seed Method Prepare special masla mix Dry roast all whole garam masla ( corriander seeds, zeera,black pepper corns, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, black cardamom, ) and grind it Prepare Hara Masala Corriander leaves, mint leaves , green chilies and lemon juice add all Ingredients in a jaar and make a puree with some water. Cooking keema In a pan heat oil and add onions saute untile translucent add keema and cook untill colour change add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.then add dry spices and mix and add special masala and hara masala and cook for 2 minutes then add curd and sauté add 1/2 cup water and cook on low flame for 25 to 30 minutes After keema cooked add kasuri methi and garam masala powder and cook for 2 minutes.
