Hand over the Star Sunset Sarsaparilla bottlecaps! Tomas and Jacklyn can be found outside Nipton fighting over Star bottlecaps. Jacklyn's hair and face is amended by the Ling's NPCs mod, though not sure why her face is darker than her body.
